MoneyIQ PTE LTD Terms of Service

Welcome to MoneyIQ PTE LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of MoneyIQ PTE LTD’s services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time—changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Services

MoneyIQ provides:

• A free Basic tier with limited monthly report credits.
• Paid Premium and Pro subscription tiers, each including a set number of monthly report credits, plus the ability to purchase additional bundles.
• A “Generate Company Report” tool for on‑demand financial reports.
• Portfolio tracking, custom news feeds, and analytics dashboards.

All content is informational only; we do not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must register and maintain an account to access paid features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Upgrades

4.1 Subscription Tiers

• Basic (Free): A small number of free reports per month.
• Premium: More monthly reports, billed monthly or annually.
• Pro: Highest monthly report allowance, billed monthly or annually.

4.2 Payment & Proration

When you subscribe or upgrade:

• We collect payment via Stripe at the start of your billing cycle.
• If you upgrade mid‑cycle, we apply a prorated charge for the remaining period of your current cycle; the new rate applies on renewal.
• Proration is automatic—no manual calculations or refunds needed.

4.3 Downgrades & Cancellations

If you cancel or downgrade:

• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.
• No refunds are issued for unused portion of a billing period.
• Upon downgrade, your remaining report credits reset to the new tier allowance on the next cycle.

5. Free Trials & Bundles

We may offer trial periods for new subscribers. Trial usage counts against your first billing cycle. You may also purchase bundles of extra report credits at any time.

6. Notifications & Communication

By using MoneyIQ, you consent to receive account and service notifications via email or in‑app. You can opt out of marketing emails in your account settings.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or third‑party rights.
• Use bots or scraping to extract data.
• Interfere with our services’ security or integrity.

8. Data Privacy & Security

Your use of MoneyIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and PDPA. Business customers may request a Data Processing Agreement at DPA.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs are our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneyIQ and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including financial losses, data breaches, or third‑party errors.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or if we believe your conduct is harmful to us or others. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Singapore, unless prohibited by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated; otherwise, revised Terms are effective upon posting. Continued use signifies acceptance.
